So Kailee is a big girl now...
The night before Kailee's Birthday she took great care in decorating. She colored princesses on the pink streamers she hung in the windows.
The morning of her birthday she said, "I'm not 4 yet, My hairs not curly and I still talk like this." Is it common for girls to think their voice will change at 4 years of age, or is it just Kailee? It took her some convincing to realize it was really her Birthday, then she was estatic. I had to get her outfit on, curl her hair and help her look "Big". Then the excitement began!
Kailee planned what she wanted to do for her birthday... on her own. She wanted to go to "Chick-fil-A and the movie feater (Theater)". She invited 3 friends;Laurel, Caroline, and Cheryl. It was the cutest sight I'd ever seen. The princesses had an absolute ball together. We went to the movie "The Tale of Desperaute". The girls were all scared of the rats so we skipped over to "Madagascar".
Kailee got a new Barbie Bike for her birthday and a helmet and pads from Caroline. She has been riding it daily since. She also got a want, crown and some princess books. What a thrill!
I am so happy to have Kailee in my life. There is certainly something special about her. She has been an absolute doll lately and so kind. I've appreciated this "4ness" and hope she can always be this sweet. I love spending time with her. We are great buddies and what a Joy it is to have her with me throughout the day.
Adam is also especially fond of her. He calls her his Baby Doll, and she adores him. I love seeing them interact and play together. She is definitely Daddy's little princess.
We all love you Kailee and were so happy to celebrate this special Birthday with you!
